What should I do?

    I am providng freelancing seo services. Before 7-8 days I got my client he said about his requirement. He paid 25$ to me through Paypal.

    I complete all requirements of him. After this he claimed in Paypal.

    what to do now?

    Take it up with paypal... or forget it. It is only $25. Better luck next time.

    My company always tries to make the customer happy, maybe you can offer something you can both agree on as a resolution. Can you give more details?

    file a dispute & you will most likely win the case because if we talk about services, that comes under intangible goods & PayPal has a seller friendly policy on the same.
    in case of tangible goods they might have asked you for some delivery proofs which only a genuine seller can show but in case of intangible goods you are on the stronger side, just offer PayPal to read your conversation history & if possible submit your work report too. they will analyze the case and the whole process will take approximately 30 days for them to take a final decision

    you can send work report at paypal dispute, may be you will win dispute
