Western Union clone site - is paypal okey with this?

    As far as i understand , he wants to send Cash Funds WesternUnion by Paying PayPal ?

    Yes i guess smartxchanger.com do such type of Exchange direction

    i did 2 times PayPal to Libertyreserve, They may do PayPal to WU

    no, i am not trying to money exchange between this provider.
    you will pay me to my paypal account, i will send your money to your home at highest 48 hours.
    it will be a country base solution, just like xoom or western union.

    Try to ask someone you can trust to withdraw the funds for you and send it through western union.

    i think believing on some individual for such big amount is risk , in Paypal Exchange

    i was searching on net and found reliable Exchange company

    http://www.smartxchanger.com and tried to exchange 100$ 2nd time for PayPal to libertyreserve exchange and got fund in my lr acc with in 4 day
