CPMstar is good

    Cpmstar is giving me 0.20 - 0.70 eCPM atm. I was usually getting 0.07 - 0.15

    Also they pay fast and on time net30 paypal or check :)

    I actually use this network myself for my anime site, they do pretty well this month. I also made a short review about them here: http://adsreview.net/archives/407

    Its not a new network and has been around quite some time.

    I tried to create there account about two years ago, but my application is still pending approval.... if during two years - they dont have time to approve or deny my application - what kind of company they are?

    they pay me monthly net 30....its legit for me..contact support if you still insist
