    hi all,

    yup, i did all the custom coding... thanks for the interest and pm. I was amazed by a pr 6 website going down to as low as $100. Even if it has 0 hits and adsense revenue. the strong backlinks should make it worth much more. sorry but i think it deserves much more than that. correct me if i am wrong.

    It's a PR 6 now on some ip's while it comes up as a PR 4 on on some other ip addresses. But is predicted to be a PR on the next update....
