    Build natural links.Think this way if somebody visits your site and likes the content of the site.he will most probably post full URL in some forums.This will seem natural to the google and also avoid more bookmarking on one day.Start at some amount and increase gradually.

    i already have 192 backlinks but doesnot help much what else you suggest

    what do you mean by diversify the link please clearify

    nowadays quality get ignored and seo effort comes first may be if you visit mey site and help me with some good ideas

    By natural linking I mean do blog commenting.But post the links sometimes at the top of ur comment, sometimes at the bottom and sometimes in between your comments.In this way google will feel its natural.Do more blog commenting doesn't matter in which blog(related or not related) u post comments.I have seen my site going from top 100 to top 10 through blog commenting.But try to be consistent in building links.
