    Hi ,

    I want to create a news website targeting many countries with sub domains
    If I want to target key phrase - breaking news + country name (ex. breaking news India)
    What is the best way to create sub domain in SEO point of view
    In.breakingnews_____.com or
    India.breakingnews_____.com or
    in.breakingnews_____.com/india/index.html

    this two are good I think .. since it has the geo keywords on the URL

    in.breakingnews_____.com/india/index.html

    If the contents of the subdomains will be the same i recommmend not using subdomains

    I don't understand why you want to add a geographical location in your keywords. Don't think 'Googlish', but think as a human!

    People looking for news ALWAYS check the LOCAL newsagent. This newsagent shows all the news around the world. People who live in India, will go to a newsagent located in India itself. So if you're located in India, make sure to score on the keyword 'news' in your country.

    SEO starts with the most important part: knows what your visitors are looking for, and how + do some keyword research. You can find more information on my blog.

    No the content will be different depending the country.

    I am a beginner, how can i compete with websites which are more than 10 years old with lots of natural backlinks?
    thats why i first want to get success in long tail keyword with decent search volume (breaking news india with 8000 exact search)

    Think from a perspective of visitors as what they would be looking for. Content is the king and make sure that you will have some great content on your website.
