I know the design needs work and I'm working on matching the WP and PHPBB themes.

I'm more interested to here your thoughts, categories and quality of content. But I'm open to any critisism you guys have.

 

Gets to a point where you just think... 'another one'???.....

..On what do you base your excellent analysis?

 

The site is OK. your banner seems like it is missing something, maybe a slogan or something. It took me a couple of minutes to figure out what your site was about so maybe a line at the top describing your site?

Your menu at the top is not in the middle,
Your leaderboard advert at the top cuts off half the advert,
Your footer links do not link anywhere

The website needs some work from a design point of view...

I can see that you've put a lot of effort into your work. That's a good thing.

 

That was probably the most constructive comment you will receive... I don't mean it in a nasty way, but sorry, just see thousands of these crop up every single day.. I will give you $1000 if you get anywhere with this site...

I think it's plugin of forum which you installed. Well, typical forum look. over all it's ok just add some banners to make your forum attractive.

Thank you all forum your comments, I have redesigned the main site today. I still need to work on logo/brand.

What do you think of the site now? Any better?

I still havent touched the forum template, so that is still bog standard. Once I'm happy with the main site theme, I will then look at trying to match them.

Does anyone have any good ideas for Icon/logo?

Any useful plugins for wordpress that might be of use?

Just another generic wordpress theme.If you add a logo it will be nice.

 

Mainpage is nice but the forums need work.....overall nice

 

Nice grey and green theme I never seen anyone work with these colors but you made it work, excellent!
