Banned from Adsense

Unbelievable, I can't believe I missed that. Thanks very much for spotting that.

 

i am using warez link to download song any other software to my forum and i am using adsense and earned 40$.google did not banned me.
have i any chance to banned from google.

 

Even I have seen so many people getting banned from adsense without any reason.. The only thing they can do is to apply to google but chances are very less

 

Could not see the tree because of the forest? My observation found a privacy policy (mandatory for Ad sense) nowhere. Maybe I missed it?

No I did not see it. DP has theirs at the bottom of the page. Its mandatory. Where is it?

 

if your forum is received lower qulity of traffic it's a chance to banned from adsence.........you should chek your traffic where it's come from.

First of all, is your website banned, or your adsense account is banned?

There is 4 types of policy notification. You can read more here:

If it's account, I don know what to tell. But if it's only your website, here is my situation:

My website got banned by Google AdSense. (Ad serving was disabled to my website. )

In the mail I have received, there was a sample link to webpage on my website where problem was.

Also, they sent my the reason why my website is banned (copyright).

I've removed all pages that had some copyright materials (all videos were embeded from YouTube).

After that, I've sent information about removing all copyrighted materials from my website, and ask if I can get AdSense enabled again.

I've done that using this form: https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/request.py?contact_type=policy_violation_appeal

16 hrs later, I've received email from AdSense, saying something like: you broke the rules, you can't participate in AdSense any more.

I've answered to that email, asking them to reconsider once more, because I've removed all copyrighted materials, and all other pages on my website are in compliance with their TOS.

14 hours after that, I've received the mail saying that my website is now OK, and AdSense is enabled again.

So, there is a chance. But.... Be very polite, remove absolutely everything that can be a problem, and contact Google AdSense.

Addsesne are banning even big afilates now days!
