Does VCC work in paypal?

    hi

    i know paypal dont accept debit cards from any bank so, i want to use
    VCC from ICICI bank. Does anyone used VCC from ICICI bank in paypal, is
    it works?

    VCC is safe if its on your name and you have it from verified bank.

    As there are some bank who offering that like hdfc, icici and axis.

    VCC is fine for verifying Paypal but not suggested
    It is always better to use either DC or CC
