What Does the Site Need:

The site needs more marketing done to it to drive more traffic to the site and more content added would also help greatly.

You could also convert the site to a wordpress platform and add all the great plugins and more content. this is a great domain and site for some one that has sometime to put some more work in to it to make it earn more money.
