How to make blog like bloggingwithchris.com ?

    I just came to know that a having very good look point of view.
    This wordpress blog have something more important due to plugin (which they're using) to manage advertisements and sponsors, Image plug for better look in blogs.

    Can you suggest how make look like this blog.??

    Its a very simple theme he has used, and advertisement is managed by Ad Squares widget plugin (simply google). Its a amazing plugin and can be easily configured to get the same 125x125 ads square management capability.
