Best way to transfer files is to manually download to your computer or rented servers and upload back to desired host. This method is risk free also you can edit files like add info in rar files with your forum thread/site url etc which will help you to get more traffic.

is the ftp speed problem resolved already hish? been uploading with the speed of 20-30 kb/s

 

EU ftp server lagging.

I have upload speeds: ftp.EU.filesonic.com - 280 kbps
ftp.filesonic.com - 650 kbps
ftp.US.filesonic.com - 160 kpbs

 

Hi Hish, got one question, do you guys on FS got intention to release some version of desktop uploader? it would be great move for all, i think.

btw, you are doing excellent job, and just to let everybody know, i didnt receive some money back in november, i contacted Hish in a sec money was back on my FS account, so first check everything and then you can mad at somebody...

 

I recently decided to give Filesonic premium another try. A big mistake! still getting, AT MOST, 200 KB/s speed. Usually it is more like 40 KB/s. I can support up to 1.2 MB/s, and a couple of other premium filehosts I use almost always max out my connection. Why is Filesonic so eternally slow? It is really bad. I wish they would fix it. I was getting the same speeds as a free user. Now the only "advantage" to being premium is that I don't have to wait, I guess.

People have been complaining for many months all over the internet, but I suppose FS does not care.

 

use jdownloader and you will get full speed from your conection.

 

I'm using Jdownloader with premium enabled and currently getting 93 KB/s.

The problem is the same. I tried one minutes ago to use that link and I watched the clock:
From the clicking, this link need 47 sec (!) to open the download window (I'm a Premium user).
With this nobody downloading my stuff, because nobody wait time like this. Before that they close the download page...
The server number (I think because it was written in the page below): s156

Can you solve this problem? Thanks.

update: I tried to reupload my file, but with the new download link I got the same server (s156) and with the new download link, the problem is the same.

 

Have you been upgrading or DOWNGRADING your servers so nothing works

 

remote-upload not downloading or uploading anything !

the status shows "Pending" not moving to 0.1 or more !

am I only having this problem ?

I got only 5 sales. Low sales these two days due to server problems, filesonic lacks on servers I guess.... or maybe bad code, who knows...

Can sb please help me understand what is the corruption reason for deleting an uploaded file? Is it DMCA report?

I am losing uploaded files daily due to this reason....

 

2 External Hard disk drives daily....hahaha Such earnings ionly in my dreams. The reason obvious of course do not wan to mention again!

Its not DMCA the file got corrupted due to some disk error, disk crash, etc
