Is it true Yahoo Loves...........?

After doing research, it seems to me google loves scripts. What I mean is if your home page doesn't use a script to update every day, your home page will NOT be easy to get indexed. However, if your pages use a script such as an articles php script, which updates every hour or so, that page seems to rank well with Yahoo. Why is this?

I've got stagnant sites that rank #1 in their niche. I think Yahoo loves IBLs more than RSS feeds that everyone else has.

I think it has more to do with the constantly updated content rather than the script

Updating content too frequently is also a bad thing though. Just do things at a natural rate and work on getting some links. Yahoo thrives off of incoming links

What is too frequently for you? Because a lot of bloggers update their contents daily for the full satisfaction of their readers. I am not sure that it will be bad...

I've done tests with updating content on every page load.

we ll we really donot have the contents on the home page of site. We just have the links to the internal pages whose contents are beings updated daily

SO i think new link should be added and old should go away with time. Here iam talking about the articles only. Not the fixed pages.

I have to agree with a few of the posts here yahoo loves IBLs and freshly generated content.

So it means that the sites that have a higher PR and if your link with them, you would get a good rank too?
