hi, the positions of the ads, are really good. especially the ad aligned with the logo and the right handed 300x250. you used inteliggently also the ads in the post. their position is really good.
I'm not sure you can label the link units with this text "Richonline Jobs" check the adsense's policy on labelling ads. Also, I would revert/switch the logo and 468x60 ad. Put the ad on the left and the logo on the right. If for some personal reason you don't want to do that, then remove the 468x60 it is not clicked the most in your page althought it is the first in the html code and so holds the best paying ads. You want the best paying ads to be in your highest CTR block, whichever it is. Need more work on your part before I could continue.
Hello dear please remove "Advertisement" and "Richonline Jobs" banner because it says you are not follow google terms condition. I m 100% agree with "JamesColin". And I think it will not effect on your earning but it will help to save yourself from google ban
Yeah! "Richonline Jobs" , i will remove it asap. But I don't thinks there is any problem with placing the text "Advertisements".
Ad placement is really good.. But after reading TOS you will get to know that you can change the adsense code and what you labled is against adsense TOS.
I just checked your site and there are no ads. I hope I'm not blind yet. If you removed them to reassign then I'll be back to recheck and comment. BTW it's true that image banners are paid less and have lower CTR because people feel very negative about them.
