I don't think threatening Hish is a good idea, really...

 

He will answer you they are missing some staff now, they are only a few ones for thousand of members. if they made a mistake it's about the popularity of FileSonic. FileSonic grow faster that they had anticipated and now they are looking for new staff. I know because once Hish came back to me 1 week after i reported something and when he contact me the situation was modified. belive me, they work a lot of hours to solved any problems. trust him my friend. leave him a fews days to checked everything before he contact you

@brit.anica - No i don't see them in the Removed List Either !! ... Today also there was some 2-3 file deletions ... i dunno why it happens !!

 

My files are pretty New ... Just 2 weeks old ...

like you said in the other message they dont have logs or traffic metter maybe they are working on that right now ? i really don't know but one thing that i'm sure of, if you are a big uploader like you said, and if you work hard and did not cheated... Hish will fine a way to satisfied you like he did for me a couple of times

why remote upload always has to stuck when I'm waiting for my last 2-3 files xDD

I mean it moves about 1% per minute

 

sometimes RU from letitbit have 1 kb/s speed you just need to restart

 

wHY FROM THE BEGIN and now... you don`t do nothing about speed on upload? the speed on upload is bigger if I am premium member? I have always problems with upload speed only 70, 60, 120kb/s..... why ? please help me and resolve once for ever this problem. I try over 10 servers already... all sucks

Just a thought but it might be a good idea to make this clear in your tos - there's nothing there to say you can't, and to make it more confusing some hosts do allow it lol. Just a quick line under the affiliate terms would stop this happening (or at least remove the excuse).
In point of fact I had to ask about this myself when I needed to know 'cos I couldn't find anything in the rules.

I have a problem with the file manager. I like to keep my files organized so a i make a new folder everyday for all the files i have uploaded that day. I change the folder options to date instead of name but whenever i return to the file manager it switches back to name again. I can do this with files option and it will stay as date until i change it.

There is problem with some servers I think. For example I tried one of my own file's link, and when I click on it, there comes waiting for half or 1 minute (!), and just after that comes the download window.

I think the first number is the number of the problematic server.
The problem is that, if a downloaders click on it, they will not wait for half minutes, and I miss downloads.

They are not so clear in the TOS and I will ask someone to make it more clear... Thanks for bringing it up... But for the meantime, this is what it says:

"Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that FileSonic shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, at any time during the term of this agreement, to expand or modify what it determines to constitute possible fraudulent activity."

We consider this a fraudulent activity
