Dollarade.com sucks .. the staff's are not responding .. any one have same problem ?

since along time working with dollarede.com but as they recently made and update for indian publishers the payment will not be issued on paypal .. so i have updated my adress. to receive the payment through cheque.

But it was not updated. also i have send many emails to the staff members but never got a response .. neither they update my address.

My affiliate manager is not also replying to my email .. Any one here facing the same problem here ??


I am just curious about getting this month payments from them.

I can understand your Situation,Be patient...Try contacting Jake on AIM,he seems busy these days...but i'm sure he will reply you once he looks at you message on AIM,other than that its a great network!

 

I am contacting him since last 2 months till now not get a single reply .. this is really ridiculous . contacted through aim and send so many emails but still no answer

i am talking with pubs via the phone, AIM, and email every single day of the week...there's no way i would have missed a publisher request for 2 months. are you sure you are contacting me at the right email? send me a PM and we can work this out immediately.

Same problem i get no answer on messenger when he is online.
