    I want to increase my search engine ranking. I'm looking for an experienced SEO expert who can build relevant links for a local web design company.

    Must be all ethical relevant links. No blackhat techniques, spam, or automated systems.

    C... I actually don't believe in just building link building, but if I have to do SEO as well as link building as inclusive.. then I am in for this project.
