    Hey Guys,

Not sure if this is the proper place to put this inquiry. But I did business with someone on DigitalPoint and I wanted to provide some positive feedback as it was a good experience but I'm getting this message when trying to access the submit feedback page and wondering what I'm doing wrong.

The same requirements for posting Buy/Sell/Trade threads apply to iTrader too... You must have 25 forum pots, must have been a member of Digital Point for at least 14 days, and must have an overall green (positive) reputation. :)

Thank you for the response Biggy! I'll be able to do it in the near future then :)

Ahh apparently I was in the wrong category and got an infraction too :( I didn't see any other categories that would be appropriate for my inquiry and I don't see how "Suggestions and Feedback" is any better. But oh well, sorry!

I-trader is only applicable for transactions done via DP. As you had two posts when this thread started, seems unlikely. Just mentioning, most forums react unfavorably if someone fails to comply with i-trader rules.

Yeah I didn't use I-trader :p I'm not even sure what that is. But it was a Paypal transaction for a service that is offered in the DP marketplace.

Hopfully this isn't a little too much off topic, but do you need pans and forks as well, biggy?

    To assist in the question:
You cannot use it yet, as they said above, but you are allowed to wait until 30days to add an itrader so once you do have enough posts you can do so.

I don't see why you got an infraction. Many questions are asked in this section daily, and we would have a lot of popular members banned if infractions were handed out for help threads. PM the Moderator who gave you the infraction, and ask them why they gave it to you.

I'll try and do that. Although I actually posted in the General Chat Forum instead of the Suggestions and Feedback Forum. But I just didn't know the proper one to post in.

Then that is why, because this was a misplaced thread. Don't consider it an infraction, just consider it a reminder that you posted in the wrong area. :)
