Please fix remote upload, I have very good pay site pass, which has good speed, but uploaded files on filesonic need very long time to move file manager

They bloked my second account.... And files is also allive...

I dont know reason why, I just upload like all others. I upload only music, and them block my account... With some cash on it...

 

second account.... that is the reason why. only 1 account is allowed. and if you opened a second account after the first one was block it is because you did something wrong with the first one... that it my friend...

Is there a chance to return the remote upload from FS to FS back?
Because a lot of your affiliates (and some of my refferals ) will move on another filehosts.

Accualy I have VPS in Netherlend and Germany, and Im from Serbia. And I use it five from november, and never have problems. I cant know that my account is hacked and that someone else download with my account, becouse I cant see logs in my account. Rapidshare send mail that someone use your account, not block, expecely for premium users, like I am... So is there any chance to unblock my account?

 

3 questions please to the customer support people:

1. When deleting a file due to DMCA copyright report, do you investigate who the reporter is. For example do investigate if the reporter is a dirty guy who reports links just for fun or a person with mirrors in another company who wants harm the uploader in filesonic.

2. As it is a public secret that 99% of the uploaders in all file hosters are copyright infrigers and pirates, can you please inform us if you delete accounts if there are many dmca reports about links of the same person? Is it true sth that mentioned in earlier post today that you give ips of the uploaders to the authorities if requested and we may be in danger with the law in our countries?

3. If we make a mirror an uploaded file in filesonic and keep it as a backup, and the original file i s reported do you also delete the mirror link if it has the same title but different url?

9 files in pending for over 1 hour, i uploaded with ftp, how do want us to stuff in our accounts, if you dont move them there? how can we sell accounts if you dont move the files faster?

BTW: webupload sucks too!! 5 hours ago it was faster like 4 - 6MB/s on some servers and now, look picture!

yo men, correctly me if I am wrong but I serously suspicious that You on Filesonic messing with the statistics. 4 hours before I post a message here that I think my statistic is frozen. From sunday morning I have ZERO sales and ZERO downloads 7650 points. After I sent a message to You about frozen statistic, now I have 7659 points. There is no way in hell, that in those 4 hours, I had so many downloads then in last four days. Please, I DEMAND explanation. What about pps statistics?
