One more thing is important. Its sure that we have to do some link building for more promotion because there are lots of website who have good keywords in his url but for same keywords he is not on top. Because search engines like regular link building. Need to know what is guarantee that if we will do link building for website and after 6 months when site will be on top then you can say that i will charge now $1000.00 per month. Is there any agreement facility to avoid this type of problem. If yes then we can take your domains for lifetime. or at least for 2 years because if we will pay $250.00 per month then our target will be at least $1000.00 earning from your website (Its just a common business policy, dont want to hurt any one). good question dear.. as i said that we will increase the rent from $250 PM to any other amount with mutual agreement. If you are earning $10000 business than $1000 will not be an issue for you... Or we can set some % increase after each 6 months. you can draft an agreement and we will discuss over it Regards
