Hey Digital Point! This is My First Post i really need help I have a Blog on Blogger Since November 2010. I have done SEO by following some tutorials (im not an expert @ SEO). its been 5 months and i can't have a PR Not Even PR1 Why is this happening?? am i doing something wrong?? Plz Guide me FYI: i have submitted my site to these Search Engines and Directories. Google Yahoo Bing Dmoz i got first Link on google by typing these "xnys blog" if some keywords working then why not i have a PR i really need it - Plz help -xebii
Why do you need PR? You don't have PR? But are you indexed by google? Can you find your site on google?
Well i need PR Because i want Traffic for My Site :O and yes i can appear in SERP Try this keyword "xnys blog" on google and you can find my blog
First of all for getting PR,you should have some patience.You can't get PR in a day.If you PR only for traffic then you have to go for some other link building tactics.Like dofollow blog commenting,Submit to RSS directories, participate blog carnivals,Promote your blog via social media. I personally recommend you to change your keyword because it doesn't seems very popular.Just use any keyword analysis tool for choosing keyword and choose less competitive keywords. Submit site to search Engine. then submit in Directory, social bookmarking, article submission and do forum also
@Charlesdawson i have submitted my site to 3 Most Popular search Engines Google, Yahoo!, and Bing. and i have submitted my site to Dmoz Directory too Article Submission cant work for me because my site is aimed just for entertainment purpose Doing Some Social Networking as well ... Page Rank Updates in every 3 months. Having a High Page Rank doesn't mean you have a lot of traffic. Just continue building backlinks and Pages/posts since it is a blog. Pages have page rank. The more High Page Rank do follow links you have coming to your blog, the more page rank you will get.
maybe when google updated PR last time your blog hadn't enough quality back links to get a good PR, so you have to wait until their next PR update to see whether you'll get a PR or not
