Nice site, probably worth the BIN price you're asking - 2 joining per day on October. Activity on the old members isn't too great, but some are very active and copensate for that, plus there is a definite revenue potential here as you mentioned you've been making.

Yes, basically i could not focus much on it, because i had some other issues to focus on.
Revenue potencial its good, also really worth for some affiliates related to music download and hip hop clothes that are really hot topics there

 

Do you have awstats? I want to see traffic during the last 2-3 months. Will you help with the transfer? Why you have stopped using adsense? How many active members have left? Any moderators ? Why your site is still PR 0 ?

I can get it back with traffic easily, have REAL mailing list of all members, just with a mailing will start working really good.
I dont have awstats as its hosted in dreamhost that dont provide it.
I can help new owners to get it back working easily.

Nice, I don't have a clue about Hip Hop, so I'd be useless at running it. Don't let it go below the BIN as that's a great price for a board with a lot of potential.
