    Why use Paypal to bills if you already got CC. Just use to directly pay the bills.

    Using credit card within paypal? It indicates that paypal just acts as a payment processor to process card which will obviously work irrespective of anything, the card bank sends money to the user, it is nothing that directly paying to the payer using credit card rather than using paypal as a mid processor. Is there any one paid to Indian Paypal users using paypal balance rather than cards in paypal?

    Why not paying via netbanking to Indians? Almost every bank these days provide netbanking and third party fund transfers facility.
    Or i'm missing something here?

    Well, Sir is something which has a different meaning for U.K citizens
    for Indians Sir is just an ordinary word, on the other hand in U.K it has a completely different meaning
