Is Any Bank in india Offering Credit Card against FD of 10000- for paypal issue

    I want to ask some experinced members of DP is there any indian bank which if offering credit cards against FD of min 10000/- Rs. and can be attached to paypal to solve the current issue.

    May be you can try SBI. I heard somewhere that they can give you a CC for 10K FD.

    Most probabaly any bank is not offering Credit Card against FD of below Rs 20000.

    Also, it depends on area in which the bank is situated. So, first ask any bank representatives and then go for a FD.

    Yes, SBI does offer CC's against a FD of 10K INR.

    I first read about here on DP and then enquired at branch and they confirmed it. There was a link too on their site but I don't seem to find that for now.

    Its not available, they ask 20k at most branches......
