    No,you cant use VISA Debit Card in your Paypal account.If you dont have credit card get Credit Card and enjoy the services :)

    They will apply these rules soon. PayPal is limited now. So, most of the people will move towards other payment options such as MoneyBookers/Alertpay. If this happens, then RBI will apply same rules for these networks also.

    I think SBI Card dont work with Paypal. ( Some of my frd told me this ).

    However I dint try my own SBI card yet.. have almost all CC, ICICI, Citi, HSBC, HDFC & Kotak Mahindra ( Just surrendered deutsche bank CC as they charged me for not using their Card ). :x

    I make daily lots of payments from my paypal a/c ranging from 1$ to 25$ like 20 payments daily, i am applying for icici bank cc today but i have some doubts, will using of CC for these payments is safe ? will CC charge me anything extra for these payments ? what is current conversion rate of paypal for sending payments through CC ? for withdrawing it is 42.?? something. Can any one give me suggestions? and also i make payments to various a/c holders like personal, unvarified, premiur, business, can they accept my cc payments ? i make these payments by single, single transaction.

    getting a cc is better option for me ?
    Pls seniour members can u throw light on this before i get a CC.

    I am using icici credit card for 1 year now, never had any problem. Just pay the bill within 45 days and you will have no problem. No hidden cost.

    Yes they Charge Exrta amount like 3% or more as it's foreign currency transaction, for total payment as I confirmed with HDFC customer care and you can check conversion rate when you send money and CC is safe to send money I am using that there is no problem.

    No,if you add CC also,you will not be able to send money using Paypal balance.You can send moeny only using Credit Card.Even if you have Paypal balance in your Paypal account,Paypal will not allow you to send money using Paypal balance :)
