Hish CONGRATULATIONS for the GREAT news about the RU internal shutoff!

finally the genuine uploaders can really earn the money for their true hard work. i truly thank you, some guys said "11.4.11 RIP", this is bollocks - you finally straightened like the rest of the file hosts..now the fake uploaders will leave and find other hosts, and maybe the ban of filesonic from some forums will be lifted.

and on a side note,

don't you just love these days when 20 hours of the day you have 0 sales, 0$ and then in a flash you have 4 sales, 48$?
hehe, my users don't fail me
and to those fake uploaders, i have you know that all of these sales are from files i ORIGINALLY uploaded.

This is really awesome. April fiesta indeed. Uploading my original premium content, don't need to put passwords anymore, getting a lot of sales + weekend bonus, money is flowing, everything is fine, and then come to Digital Point and reading all these leechers crying and moaning because they can not leech our files anymore, I think situation could not be better then this.

 

Congratz to filesonic with this outstanding decision thats the right path to give rewards to those who really working hard and reserve the flashes as netcat says i just visit a meeting from a very big community where filesonic was pending for approval as permit filehost after the news break that file sonic disable RU system the name of filesonic become no 3rd on the voting on that community friends pray that they allow filesonic there at last the atmosphere is change & good days was coming back for dedicated & true uploaders.

Yes Bro me too can now upload without any password lock in files. Fantastic decision taken by Hish, Hats off to ya. Now leechers would have a very tough time and I am very happy about it.

See how they vanished when Hish put up the final decision. All they would do now would abuse in here who supported this decision.

Determined leechers still can leech files by remote uploading fs-other host & back from other host-fs. But 90% of leechers will not attempt this tedious job.

Filesonic password protection feature will now protect filesonic exclusive affiliates files from remote uploading to other hosts.

Now filesonic affiliates have full control of their uploaded files and can share them freely without any worries whether others will leech or not.

This decision will boost affiliates to release more premium contents on filesonic, thank you filesonic

 

i heard rumors about if i password protect the files with the filesonic interface then premium users will have trouble downloading and/or experience issues like non-resumable downloads etc.

can anyone confirm?

its true..if you pause the file and resume it again they need to restart from 0%

anyways props from disabling internal RU..this has been a debate here for a long time...
