    I am looking to sell this site as I need more fund for my new project. Therefore I have to give up the cash flow and put it up for sale.

    Traffic & Content:
    85% of the traffic are coming from google search engine. You don't have to worry about the content as there are users who will submit their content. They will continue to submit as the article submitted is really well ranked.

    free push in namecheap

    Revenue:
    So far in april the revenue from adsense is $30. I believe it could up to $70-80 for this month.

    It's receiving approximately 500 UV per day and 85% are organic traffic. So it should be around 400 visits.
