Cannot pay from paypal balance

    Hello,
    I am an indian paypal user and i am trying to pay to an email adress, but i am unable to pay from my paypal balance, the payment method always show "credit/debit card".

    I cannot pay via my debit card, as it is not enabled to do online transactions.
    Are all indian users facing the same problem?

    Thanks for the info, seems like the only way to pay is via my debit card now :(

    Sir paying by Debit card will not work.You cna pay only by using Credit Card

    Have you tried paying through your "DEBIT CARD" ? Is it working well ? Let me know....

    Indian users cannot use debit card, must have CC to pay off expenses.

    I tried using my debit card and it didn't work. Can anyone suggest which bank's credit card worked for them?
