Dow crossed the 12000 mark

    It may not close above 12K - seems to be overhead resistance at 12,050. We may close below 12K today and not see a close above 12K for another year - who knows?

    When you adjust for inflation and a untrue cpi, you'd have to reach 14,000 or more to reach a meaningful high.
