I see you degenerating into more and more puerile arguments and swearing . Truly a sad thing , that it is so hard for you to swallow your pride and admit reality ?
BTW Romania - a developing country has long adopted Euro 5 despite the fact that the economy was hit really hard by the crisis .

Umm, please explain how a missile shield is more of a deterrent than having a nuclear bomb?

The way I see it, if I owned a bomb and wanted to bomb someone then I would think twice if they could send one back, kill a load of my people and stop me getting re-elected. But, if they only had a shield that might make my bomb not hit it's intended target then I still might try to use it. Sar420's argument (& spelling) makes much more sense to me.

And 'where' as you use in every second post, is written "were", or even "we're" if you mean we are, in case you didn't know. Bad spelling never helps your case, only goes to show what little education you have actually achieved, or how little attention you have paid to the important stuff.

Bushy Boy :D Do you still want to remove me from the gene pool ? :D

BTW FYW they have ~ 100 warheads and multiple delivery platforms . At this stage taking away the enemy's main delivery platform (missiles) is a far stronger deterrent then nuclear ballistic subs . Why do you think Russia makes such a big case out of the NATO missile shield ?

lol, well I sign EVERY one of my reps, good or bad, so you're talking shit there. In fact I gave you 1 green rep before I found out how much of an idiot you were and have never given you a bad rep. I wouldn't waste my rep giving you bad rep because I don't think you're worth it. Care to try again?

and spelling - it would be 'too transparent' :)

You're the only insult spewing homosexual in P&R . Every time the argument gets heated you lose it . I would say man up and admit your deeds but it would be delusional of me to expect such things from you :)

What absolute rubbish you speak. Do you really believe I'm the only homosexual here? Delusional indeed! I'm the only one honest enough to come out, and that was based on your illogical argument that gays can't be better parents than an adoption home. And FTR, I man-up nightly! You are so full of shit! - would you like me to give you a bad rep just to prove it wasn't me? As we can't give out 2 bad reps can we?

Damn, I just tried to give you red but it won't let me because of the green one I gave you already. I guess I should hand out more green reps but you are the reason I stopped handing them out so frequently.

Thank you for proving my point of being the only insult spewing homosexual . There are a few more gays (AFAICR I've seen two more post but not on a regular bassis) in P&R but they certainly don't use your foul language . You know maybe because they learned self-control ?

Haha, there was just one last sentence in my post that could be called puerile, though it was more of sarcasm at your reasons for calling nations failed states. Don't run coz you ran out of answers.

Also, Romania is quite a small country - the size of just one of India's numerous states. Things are easy to implement and manage. India is huge..both in terms of land mass and population. So think before you make such a comparison.

And its not just Bushranger who agrees with my point of view here, I see quite a few people reading this thread (but not replying) after you or I post something. I'm sure almost all of them would be agreeing with my point of view that your posts are inspired from prejudice and bigotry.

India also has a budget and administrative apparatus to match it's size . Not much of a argument there . With emission norms that are only half as efficient as those implemented 6 years ago India lacks and lags when it comes to environmental issues and this is just the tip of the iceberg .

BTW I'm not the one to call India a failed state Foreign Policy did that . But what do they know , after all then only have 41 years of experience in the field . You would know better . Right Sar ?

So far I've refuted your every claim yet you still try to look like you've got all the answers right when you went from fail to fail . As for Bushy Boy - he loves me very much ever since we exchanged replies . I said something and he started spewing insults just like demonstrated above

Well seeing how the Indian's had to get to Mexico somehow, they would have been smarter to go to Canada first. The US/Mexico border has a ton of border patrol. The US/Canada border partially "protected" by the US Forest Service (no joke).

Aah, India must be plain lazy not to implement the latest emission standards if such is the case. Yeah

Nope, you called India a failed state. The FP map just had it in the "warning for potential failed states in future" category which included Russia, China, South Africa, Brazil and actually more than half the world. You quoted that link and claimed India is a failed state coz FP says so. Yeah right.

Far from convincingly. You just exaggerate points from the links you post (like above) an try to pass them off as truth. Like I showed you in the emissions case. You claimed the Euro IV that India adopted was twice as weak as the Euro IV norms that Europe had adopted earlier.

And when I showed you were lying, you tried to pass of changes in emission due to change in climate or type of engine as your proof, even though the article clearly said that the emission standards are exactly the same.

Also, you haven't replied to the hard questions in this post I made as a reply to yours, instead concentrating on the last sentence and deciding that the whole post was "puerile"

I said soon to be failed state and FP's map shows a warning . Now that's a logical assumption , under warning today under the gun tomorrow .

As for the emission standards you just showed me you don't own a car or have no knowledge about it . Let me explain it like again in a simpler version the Euro standards are set with the car running at 120 km/h under subzero temperatures due to this conditions the car eats a helload of fuel during the time of the tests and pumps out a lot of emissions if it produces more then X amount of emissions it fails . The same car (with the same engine) in India is tested at 90 km/h and in ~ 26 C the car's engine has a far easier job to do therefore it produces a far less emissions , if it produces less then the same X amount then it's good to go . Capisce now ?

Hell ya. The population of rome may be smaller than the number of politicians in India. A small country is relatively easy to manage. With a big country like and huge diversity, the compliacations increase making it difficult for development to be uniform.

The US doesn't seem to have that problem . As for size "The bureaucracy expands to meet the needs of the expanding bureaucracy" . The bigger the administrative task the bigger the administrative system .

Also Rome is the capitol of Italy :p

Why should they test it at sub-zero temperatures in India when most of India has a tropical climate (unlike Europe)? Are you really that idiotic?

You just can't accept being wrong can't you

It's not the conditions that this is about is the engine workload . You should have leaned that in 9th grade at mechanical physics and in 11th grade at thermodynamics. How old are you ?
