Quality content means informative, arranged and not would be a duplicate content of others. Your content should to be unique.
There is no such thing as quality SEO content. Just quality content. Build your sites and create your content for users, not search engines.

Find 3 - 6 keywords you wish to target and divide them up into primary and secondary keywords. 2) Look into onsite SEO. 3) Write keyword enriched content. 4) Write in between 400 - 600 words. 5) Don't use too many keywords, less keywords generally gather a greater result.

Quite simply it is creating content that serves a purpose to the users visiting your website. As for the SEO, using the title, h1, h3, alt tags within your HTML code.
Concentrate first on your unique content and the jazz it up for seo purposed, but make it still readable for humans, otherwise, it's a waste.
Don't forget to add keywords to your content that are related to the keyword that you are targeting, this will help with defining the theme of your content.
Well I think what you mean is setting up your webapges so that the search engines will love them and of course then bring you visitors. There is a correct way to set up your site so that it is optimized for SEO. It is not difficult but you need to make your sites white hat and add content to them over time.
