Fake auction infraction is issued when member auctions an item with no reserve or stipulations posted and high bidder is not awarded the item.

Then what is the bid rejection tool meant for ? Can't I delete a bid if it is in violation of the rules I stated in my auction thread ?

If you can answer this question, I will be satisfied..

Q: What will you do when you open an auction clearly describe that anyone with less than 5 itraders must not bid. A person just registers on DP has 0 posts, 0 itraders and 0 days old account. And then he bids on your auction without even asking you.
( Hint: you have got a bid rejection tool)

Instead of arguing it out publicly, why don't you PM a Moderator? You will find that if you are nice and kindly explain to them what is wrong, they will help you. If they issued the infraction by accident, then they will definitely remove it if you are polite and enquire about it nicely. :)

You can cancel a bid as long as it's before the end of the auction time. Canceling a winning bid after an auction is over isn't allowed.

I had a stipulation that bidder must have at least 5 itraders. That buyer had 0 itraders, 0 post
