PayPal sending option Gone, now what?

    Well, tried sending some funds yesterday & found that its gone now {for Indians}
    I know we can still pay by adding a CC to our PayPal account, but what if i don't have a CC :p
    or what if the CC is added but PP is giving some strange errors such as 'your bank has declined your transaction' bla bla

    I do have an alertpay account, but i am not sure whether i am going to use it for paying hosting fees & all that stuff...
    because i am really not in a mood to go through all that verification stuff again
    what's up with you guys about the same :rolleyes:

    You have no any other option left then cc funded paypal payment IMO.

    Yes sure why not. There is no any problem with receiving money in indian pp account.

    I don't think so... PayPal is for International fund transfers only [not now]
    A while back one of my clients tried to send me money from India to India & he said its not possible
    then we settled on some bank transfers which is much easy if you are in the same country

    Yes From India to India money sending is not possible but from other countries to India is possible even now.

    a few days back we were able to send/receive both but now we are limited to receiving only [from other countries, not locally]
    Between, i have read a thread yesterday which was posted by some russian and he was telling that in russia you can't receive money through paypal
    but you can send money... and i answered that yes its kinda opposite to what we have here.

    We can send money from our Indian PP account to anyone else using CC (not using paypal balance) so you can't say that we can't send money from our indian paypal accounts.

    Personal payments to Indian Paypal users was banned last year.

    So if I add CC, can I still send personal payments?

    So we can receive payments from foreign countries. We cannot send to anyone from now.And also Indians cannot send or receive each other.
    What a mess . I have to withdraw all the time & use VCC to pay .
