    Hello,

I'm kind of new to this, so bare with me..

I have a few sites that would make some good money with adsense, but I can't make an account for my own.
    The question is:
Is it a violation of Adsense TOS if a friend of mine puts his adsense code on my sites?
...my sites fully respect google adsense TOS, they have unique content...etc

    Thank you for any suggestion.

    Cheers,

I don't think that is unlawful.

What about if you are managing all those sites for your friend?
What about if you are getting paid by your friend to make and manage websites for him?

What adsense interest is that the money paid (to your friend) had been earned with original content described under their TOS. And not your business with your friend.

Adsense TOS essentially states that a publisher is entitled to run his adsense units in any website,
provided the website complies with their guidelines.

Just make sure your website complies, and it'll be a smooth seamless ride.

PS - if perchance your website does not comply with the Google standards,
they will ban your friends Adsense account sooner than they will block your website.

I believe it is fine according to the TOS, but you should try clickbank instead

It is fine to put adsense code to any Website. If your friend want to put his Adsense code to your website no problem but your Website must have original content, few traffic, few backlinks and 6 month's old minimum!

What do you mean by "few traffic, few backlinks" , why does this matter. Are you sure about this, it sounds odd to me. A good website should have good traffic.... would you care to comment what you mean? ..

If your website have good traffic then it's very good. I was just informing you that your website must have few traffic. I mean to say that your website must have helpful content.

If your website have something helpful and informative the visitors will surely bookmark and will visit again. If your website don't have good content and if you leave updating your website then the visitors will loose interest to visit your website again.!

Keep it fresh. For repeat visits, it is crucial to provide regular updates to the website, especially in frequently viewed zones. Add fresh content every few days if possible; at a minimum, weekly.

It does not matter whether the account is your or your friend's but remember it should be yours only because you need also. Please try to make an account first then add your website.

It should work, aren't you suppose to add your website to the Adsense account and verify it anyway? You can have one Adsense account for multiple sites.

Google would not know if the adsense code belongs to the website owner or not. Anyway, there are plenty of adsense revenue sharing sites.
