    Can we open a u.s. bank account and operate it with paypal? no problem of cc limits.. no problem of bringing money to india and paying double conversion fees.. what say guys?

    then you have to shoot a mail to paypal and get your money back though money getting lost has a really small probability with paypal.

    That is what the new rule implementation.

    Debit cards will also work. This is the good news for Indian PayPal users. All you need is to have a International Debit Card and get it verified by VISA.

    I'm not sure if the account matters, but i have a premier account with paypal and i also have a cc on file. But i am able to send, receive, and request funds through my account. I do believe you have to have a verfied cc or even a prepaid debit card that is verified in order to really do anything with your account.

    No charges for adding a card..but if you want to confirm the card paypal will deduct $1.95 from your credit card balance and will revert back this to your paypal balance
