    how to get yahoo ranking ,and what difference between google and yahoo SEO point of view in case of keywords Ranking.

    Google and Yahoo both uses different algorithm. Yahoo is still uses a meta based search engine pattern. If your meta details such as descriptions, tags are perfect you can easily rank top in Yahoo.

    Usually if you work on your Google ranking properly, you will
    rank in Yahoo as well.

    To get ranking on Google you have to build quality backlinks and for yahoo you have to careful to optimize your meta tags.

    I thought Yahoo had a harder/pickier algorithm than Google? Oh well, either way you should try to optimize both separately.
