I have one doubt i did lot of Directory submission but till there is no response My back links also to poor... who Directory submission will help us.... kindly explain me.... ??

before submitting your site to business directories, verify that they are not link farms. also, add variety to your link building efforts by submitting to blogs, article sites, discussion forums.

But focus on quality work and on priority basis like Article submission is better than link directory...

A nice list you've put up. However, the most important part is what to do when. If you jump on everything randomly, then it will do more harm then good.
Best way is, starting with link building [which also includes Press releases] and then move onto social networks etc.

 

please include the link wheel creation, it is effective.

 

both should done on a regular basis, it needs analysis to tell whether you need to do on page again or continue your off page...
