    Already Free Content reference from Wikipedia is given here. You had to take a look and have some thought before you post for self promotion.

    My advice for you, do not post to invite people to click on your Signature link. If somebody is interested here, he/she will.

    so for incrase PR, just use backlink from great PR site??
    whether there are other ways to improve it?
    other way for blog is use blog directory, this way can use for web to incrase pagerank too?

    Sorry im newbie and i want to know how Google PR work too.

    If you want to increase page rank of your website then i will tell you about few tips.
    1. your site design is also useful for increase page rank so design should be attractive, simple and seo friendly.
    2. Always take quality and theme related links for your website. Link should be latest cache and good pr.
    3. Do some article submission in high pr article directories.

    Google Page Rank (PR) works or calculate according to your website reputation, design, type of website, back links and unique content .

    Webstite Reputation means how effective is your website for viewer and rather its useful or not for example a visitor spent 2 minutes on your website and other spent 30 minutes on other same website then by reputation other website is more useful.

    By design your website should be perfect web 2.0 plus w3c compatible and works with all browsers etc . Well structured and navigation is easy to other website internal pages . proper sitemaps , title , description,alt text etc.

    Type of website is very important .edu .gov website have more Page Rank if compare with normal website .

    Back link count alot in gaining higher page rank . If you have Back links from higher PR websites(same services or business) then it will increase your page Rank as well . Specially one way links or 3 way links.

    Content should be unique search engine bots love thing they never seen before so its give u a plus in Page Rank.
