I recently started a marketing company for physician private practices. The podiatrist I have wants me to bring 100 patients in or i loose the contract practically. What are some suggestions on how to do this for his local area through the internet or other means. I also want to be able to track which visitors to his website called his office. is that possible?? he says his current marketing website company does it
Re: Caller tracking. Well - did you ask him how that current company does it? Unless he has a dedicated number that is only displayed on the web site or they actually ask the caller on the phone it will be hard to track.
where can i find good advice on how to get traffic to a physician website for local services versus something like a web product.
It depends how you're marketing him. Are you marketing his services or ADDITIONAL products? How does he stand out from the competition? If I was under the gun, I would say do you want more money or more work? I would think its more money, not more work. If that's reasonable, I would go after his current clients that have been cold. I would create a simple autoresponder sequence that would give tips from him on whatever..probably make it 2 or 3 times a week and funnel it into a paying client again. On the other hand he may want NEW clients, which is understandable unless you make him see that he's actually going to make more work and probably little net profit at the end of the day. If NEW clients I would buy ad space somewhere and feed it into a squeeze page which redirects them to some lead magnet. I'd track everything via google, which answers your 2nd question. Do a simple A/B test and give him those results. I wouldn't really worry about tracking his site per say because you're not marketing his site, rather you're marketing his products/services. Hope that helps! Andy
