I am trying the free 15 day trial for Build My Rank, looks ok, pretty much the same as linkvana but cheaper. Though not exactly an automated tool.
I personally like Ubot. You can create whatever type of app you need in terms of web automation, and then you can turn around and sell it as a standalone app (it compiles .exe's). I think personal preferences really determine what the best tools are since there are so many out there.
Automatic submission would help and there are some other good one's as well which you can easily search for.
Well, they market it as "Scrape, Check, Ping, Post" I don't own it but it appears to be a task automation tool similar to some of the others mentioned in this thread.
I wish I could be more helpful, but I don't own it. You could probably surmise from the name that it scrapes data from sites, and from what I've read it looks like you can do submissions as well. I'm sure it must do more than that, but I don't know exactly what. Sorry.
well my friend i would not suggest to use an automated tool because it will benefit you for very short span of time, like increasing your ranking just temperorily and then your ranking will drop down to such an extent that you wont be able to find your site even in the 100th rank..!!
SENukeX is expensive and has to be updated all the time. Get scrapebox. Its $97 from their site but you can get it cheap if you go to this URL - scrapebox.com/cheapskate. You'll get it 40 bucks cheaper lol - try it if you dont believe me. For easy links, scrape articles, spin them, submit them using an article submitter (loads to choose from) and load the article URLs into scrapebox to get them backlinks. Try the spinner in my sig - its great and FREE
