@ TheWiseOne2004: It is clearly your IP & host that has an issue, if millions can access our website. It is quite hard to deny that when you take a look at Alexa as a good indicator.

I think we're on the 3rd week of your membership? I'll look forward to your presence another few more weeks. Calm down mate and take a soothing breathe of fresh air.

I see a lot of smoke, no fire. Where's the heat buddy? You claim you're burning through our company's reputation, but you have yet to prove yourself other than talking crap in this topic.

Let's put your logic into play. You would conclude that more people couldn't access Rapidshare versus our site...? Or how is it again?

    @ Biqu33: Fixed already.

@ happyhappy: Rent a box in New York or New Jersey. That should help with uploading speed of your files.

@ pacaveli420: We would recommend you running through a program such as sBorg og Rapidleech for uploading instead of our FTP client which is meant more for homeowners to run their files for uploads.

    @ MBX5T: See above ^

    @ dkdk: Fixed now.

    @ Davijwrz: It works :)

@ Koku: Hope you've sent me a PM.

Damn mate, On my second week and your still talking out your ass. I don't give a flying shit what that site says the problem is on your side and you know it is. Keep denying it i am sure everyone believes you. lol

@I see a lot of smoke, no fire. Where's the heat buddy? You claim you're burning through our company's reputation, but you have yet to prove yourself other than talking crap in this topic.

Reply: read a few post back you have already lost someone. How meny more do you think would start joining your site after you put the blame on them? I know almost all my friends have gone on to join "Rapidshare".

@You claim you're burning through our company's reputation, but you have yet to prove yourself other than talking crap in this topic.

Reply: lol, Again talking out your ass. Your PR skill are great you should work for Bernard Madoff's. Your both great at bullshitting. Your company's reputation is already crap why don't you try reading other forums you will see for yourself.

@Ricky, Taken from the same site you posted. Alexa.

Reply: Average Load Time for Fileserve.com

Very Slow (3.395 Seconds), 88% of sites are faster.

Damn ricky, Sending a letter by post is faster then FileServe. Don't you feel a pratt know!, I mean 88% of the internet is faster then your companys file-host. And your saying it everyone elses fault.

Don't worry mate, I will be here for along time yet. So you don't have to have that party just yet. I will help your company as much as i can.

I am a 'home user'. I'm not a 'home owner' though....
what is some program going to accomplish for me that my nice, familiar ftp client won't?
I hate installing extra software, especially when it's not needed.
do you allow faster uploads via http protocol but not through ftp?

@ TheWiseOne2004: That name must really be the irony itself.

We have thousands of users joining our site every day. It is undeniable that we have plenty of users who are able to access our site.

There's nothing more I can do in your situation. You seem to be too hard-headed to understand that the problem lies on either your ISP or DNS resolver. Tried to access us through hidemyass.com? Show me a video, when it works :)

The average load time on Alexa is updated once in a blue moon. Our load time has been great recently, so that is a misconception of true facts.

@ pacaveli420: I meant 'home user' as you stated. If you're running on a 100 Mbit upload stream, it would be recommended to use either or. However, if you have limited 10 Mbit upstream, the FTP would be a recommended choice.

    @ xcollection: No.

Don't see a constructive comment/argument. Please refrain from spamming unless you have valuable input. "omg lol lol lol" is not valuable input.

I won't assume too much, but yesterday I remoted 150 files pretty quickly without one failing (from Netload), whereas before I had always seen a constant ~10% failure rate and they could pend forever.

So, maybe the servers are actually being improved... who knows.

@ happyhappy: Maybe for you it takes 1-2-3 minutes. For me I can resolve a link and download it in matter of seconds. My browser times out if the loading exceeds 60 seconds, so it wouldn't make much sense if I can't enter the site I work for.

@ jimbo-53: We have no business with uploadstation other than they sit on the same network as us. Our techs are still dedicated on improving the site and the few bugs that are related and known to our service.

@ mrtouchpro: That's more of a case that the payment may have been rejected by Paypal. You checked if your account is in good standing?

Yes my account is in good standing, I worry a lot, I could see the information because if so I can not receive payment fileserver I'll worry.

However a friend told me when your payment was sent there to writing "paid " while there I wrote "Approved".

Thank you in advance for your answer very important.

@ mrtouchpro: I suspect that your PP doesn't work properly, otherwise, the status would have changed. You have any other Paypal that we can send your money to?

We retry unpaid accounts every week when we pay out.

@ XTplanet: 60 days unless they're frequently downloaded.

    I have a small suggestion....
I have 12$ in my account balance and my premium has expired today. Now,i have a money in my account but i can not transfer the amount in my payout account, coz the minimum amount to transfer is 20$.This mean i can not extend my premium and my files will get deleted.
Its will be nice ,if affiliates can buy premium from their account balance and not from payout balance.

@ marhahajcs: We aren't that tight that we will delete your files the next day. They will however enter the cycle of idled files under free users and will get wiped unless you upgrade to a Premium.

We do payout balance, because that is the money deserved after checking that it isn't made via fraudulent ways.

    Ricky one question please!

Is the site uploadstation.com belong to the same owners as fileserve? Is it sister site of FileServe?

I found it accidentally right now checking the web and found it almost the same....

    Can you please tell that?
