Paypal Indian Policy Implemented - You cannot send balance funds to anyone now

    Hello Boys,
    Just checked today morning, i cannot send PayPal funds to anyone, only 2 options
    -Withdraw
    -Refund

    Anyone facing the same problem, or PP just hates me?

    Seems RBI's new policy is implemented!

    Yes PayPal now implemented rules now and we have no option to use PayPal funds but let's how long they kept this rule.:p

    yes it applied. as i thought and posted before, it may get applied from new indian financial year.
    so i think now every policy applied which they warned us for.

    Well from now on, we only can send money through CC only! So we have no other option to send money unless CC or VCC!

    Using CC going to be very costly when it will come to conversion from INR to USD. Difference of conversion will be any where from rs2 to rs4 per dollar. We will be loosing decent amount of money in conversion only.

    I have a doubt. Indians can't send to another Indian thru PayPal or not to anyone? Because I tried to send funds to a person from Kenya, but it is still asking for CC details. Please advise anyone.

    but I am able to purchase things with the funds I have ( I have Indian Paypal Account only ) ,.. so What is the restriction u r facing,.. pls explain!!?

    Note: I have Attached a Valid Credit card to my Profile and I am able to send money !!
