For anyone doubtful about blog commenting and reaction against search engines, heres a couple of screen from a website I blasted last week with a small list of URL's, logged in today to check it, it has: 286 link currently known by Google 1000 exactly in total Also looked at some keywords I was blasting, 1 is in top ten, 4 are within first 5 pages. Moving up the SE's nicely. http://tinypic.com/r/2ajuro7/7 http://tinypic.com/r/10oe6fp/7 Adsense earnings have gone up to 0.50$-1$/day from nothing last week.

what blog flat form you are commenting to??? most blog commenting are not being publish so just a waste of time.
Blog commenting is good source of backlinks as long as you don't spam it. I have tried it and mostly I got an approved links from blogger. I got little from wordpress though and to other blogs domain. And excel I agree that it will be just a waste of time if your comments are not approved, but if you make your comment meaningful and stick to the topic I guess it will not.
The list is private and I could only sell, as for the blogs, these are wordpress blogs with auto approve comment box's
Blog commenting are used for building targeted backlinks. But commenting on do follow sites are beneficial because links on any other blogs won not be counted by the search engines.By collecting backlinks, it increases traffic as well as rank of the site.
It's great for traffic when you do it right. If you're commenting on a fresh blog post with active comments, you can post something relevant from your own site. Just be careful about this because there's a fine line between genuinely useful and spam. I don't just go out and try to do this for every post I put up. Even if it's nofollow, great way to network with other webmasters. If your sites complement each other those could be linking opportunities.
