Hello Friends, I really need your wise help with this one. So finally got my Payoneer Debit Mastercard from Odesk .. but because I really suck at freelancing, I don't have any money there to activate my card. And it doesn't seem that in near future, I would be able to get a job there So I need to verify my card another way, as the first payment must be from a payoneer partner, I am hunting for partners that supports deposit by Moneybookers or Alertpay. This is how my plan goes, like Freelancer, I'll make a new account, deposit it from my moneybooker, give my original account a job and pay, and use the money to activate my card. Freelancer is almost perfect for this plan, but the problem is, it takes too much fees (from both sides) and delays the payment for 15 days (as first payment). Could you suggest any other Payoneer partner program that will work fro this trick? The partner must allow Moneybooker or Alertpay. Thanks a lot!
If you want to do things the hard way you need to be ok with paying fees. AFAIK freelancer.com is best for this. Other freelance sites will keep your money much longer.
Hi Richard, I'm Talia, Payoneer's director of community. You can definitely get your card activated through another partner. Could you contact the support team so we can help you with this? If you'd like, you can send me your email address and ticket number once you've contacted our support so I can keep an eye out for you. (I dont' think I can post my email address yet, so just PM me). Thanks!
Hi, Talia good to see payoneer support team here. I had a card with LimeExchange but it has been disabled. I don't know why. Everytime I try to log in I am told to contact support but I just get an automated reply everytime I contact support. Could you please help me out here?
Hi The automated reply is only to make sure that you know we received your email. We don't have automated replies, but actual people who answer your email. However, from what you say things didn't work well, so if you can send me your last ticket number (if it was recent), I will escalate this to a manager to make sure it's taken care of. If you haven't opened one recently, please send me your email address that's on record so I can see your previous conversations with us and make sure this is resolved promptly. Thanks
Hello, Thanks for your reply. I know automated emails are ok but these automated mails didn't have any ticket number or the usual message that some one will contact me. It just contains a message that you should contact support when your acc is blocked. I'll PM you the e-mail of my account and last 4 digit of my card number. I hope that will do for you sort things out for me.
Don't send me your card number, just the email associated with the account, and we will take it from there. Don't ever post your card number - even part of it - anywhere, even with our support - it's to protect you
