Used to work 7 days a week about 20 hours a day, but once you get established and if you offer a good enough service and once you get to know where to find good third party helpers online you can knock most of them hours away.. Most of my time is spent with my family now, enjoying life...

Yes I do work on Saturdays and Sundays on few occasions. Normally it depends on me and my friends, if there is any plan to spend the weekend out being offline. Then I would even post-pone the work for a day for my friends. he only reason being I am a freelancer. However if you are at work or a newbie in this business, you should not miss any opportunity for making money and work 24/7
Variates, I use to work as much as I can, but sometimes I simply don't. I have an offline life too. You can do some small simple tasks in the weekends for example, which aren't really 'work' but 'help'
Used to - depends on your situation, really have to allocate some time to switch off from business though otherwise you won't be as effective on the days you are meant to be working at 100%! (sleeping doesn't count! )
Yes I do! I work as much as I need to a week to get everything done. Not every weekend.. but yeah whatever it takes to get on top!
for me there is no weekend, no Saturday & Sunday! working 7days a week, that's one of the reasons why we outsource
