I use Reseller Panel which is free to setup a reseller account and setup a web host using one of their templates or by using their forms on your own template. They have lots of good features and I host all of my websites with them. Who do you use as your reseller and why? I'd like to see what sort of prices you get wholesale on domain names and hosting plans.
My advise for you is remove your affiliate link or else get infraction leading to suspension of your account.
