LinkedIn is hard to get into in terms of marketing as it's not really a social network but a professional network. If I were you I would look at other networks like Facebook or Twitter.

Ok, cool.You`re right, but i think it may be coming just a big "pitching pot" like the rest of the net. I may of course be wrong, but that`s my opinion at present. I know more and more marketers are subtley targeting the members of LinkedIn. I`m currently studying a course and there`s a whole module on monetising it. I suppose it`s the way of the world.
forget about linkden, there are other social networking sites better than linkden like fb, twitter, stumbleupon and more...
