Why is my paypal sending limit $ 0.00?

    Hi,

    I have an unverified paypal account with some money in it. I tried buying something with it but my paypal spending limit is $ 0.00. I know an unverified paypal account has its limits, but $ 0.00?! I have a friend who also has an unverified paypal account, but his spending limit is well over $ 3, 000+. Why is it different for me? How can I increase my spending limit without entering bank/credit card info.

    The sending limit for an unverified account in india is 500$/month.Which country are you from?

    I guess that limit is for lifetime not per month.
