    I would want one permanent sitewide link. Which site can be upto you. I don't have any sites in the travel niche, so it would have to be something else. Nothing spammy or anything, only quality resources.

    It also depends where in the world you are, you may find someone in India to do that for less than $100, in London try £300.

    When you do find someone make sure they include keyword research, title and meta tags, page tags and internal link structure.
