copy them up to your server (wp-content/plugins/), then use the menu option on your wordpress installation to enable them.

If your wordpress Version 2.7 you can remote-install. Just seacrh by yoursite name.com/wp-admin/plugins.php.

Your blog is hosted over wordpress itself. The drawbacks of it are that you have to use the themes/designs provided there, you cannot customize it to your exact needs. Also, you cannot add plugins as you need them...:)

Download the latest version of the WordPress Plugin to your computer.
With an FTP program, access your site’s server.
Upload (copy) the Plugin file(s) or folder to the /wp-content/plugins folder.
In your WordPress Administration Panels, click on Plugins from the menu at the top.
You should see your new Plugin listed. If not, with your FTP program, check the folder to see if it is installed. If it isn’t, upload the file(s) again. If it is, delete the files and upload them again.
To turn the WordPress Plugin on, click Activate on the far right side of the list.
Check your Administration Panels or WordPress blog to see if the Plugin is working.

Get some Hosting and a domain ;)

overall cost wont be much if you get some deals try looking at Godaddy and HostGator coupons or price codes.
What you want to do though is make sure you dont allow extra expenses they sneak on. I accidently spent another $20 on my hosting because of that.

Once that is done follow what sooraj1 said ;)
